Yoga has the power to bring people together.
Though our practice we find a spot to share together.
To move, to breathe, to high five and thrive on common ground.
So, gather ye, one and all.
I hope you enjoy this week’s free workshop style practice…
Let me know how it goes in the comment section down below!
PS: New love letter in your box! With lots of love and your FREE Yoga Calendar for August!
Hello🌻💗Thank you so much for this practice. If possible, would you like to create more pelvic floor practices? Perhaps variations and a short version too. This is so helpful especially for those of us needing healing. Thx and much gratitude!
ОтветитьThanks Adriene for this practice just what I needed, do you have any other pelvic floor practices? 💕
ОтветитьSend me your email
ОтветитьBedtime with you are you okay
Ответитьhi adiene
ОтветитьWow I really feel this when I’m done. Thanks.
ОтветитьLadies has this video helped you get tighter??
ОтветитьHi Adriene, I love your videos and your teaching style! And I was wondering whether it’d be possible to do a video one of these days specifically on interstitional cystitis sufferers (chronic bladder pain syndrome)?
ОтветитьHello Adriene? Is this class diastasis recti safe? I am Looping for yoga classes that are. Lots of love
ОтветитьI’m sitting here crying because my pelvic floor pain was at a 7 but after doing this with a tens unit it’s at a 2-3. I had to miss my partners thanksgiving because of the pain earlier.
I sent a thank you but it isn’t enough. Adriene, you’re an angel for the way you share your practice. Just thank you.
Thanks!
Ответитьamaaaaaaaaaaaazing practice! thank you so much! <3
ОтветитьAdriene, just wanted to share how helpful this video was for me. I have a history of sexual trauma and never realized how much this impacted my pelvic floor and lack of sensation in that area. This video, while I struggled with the movement (a lot) made me feel sensation I haven’t in many years. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and had to share that this video changed my life. I feel like I found a missing puzzle piece to my healing. Thank you endlessly.
ОтветитьI did this once and I noticed improvements immediately! I’ve struggled with bladder control and an overall weak pelvic floor after my c-section in January 2022. Pelvic floor exercises are tricky for me but this video explained everything so well!!
ОтветитьThis was great! 👌 🧘♀️
ОтветитьHello Adrienne, thank you for everything that you are doing !
I would ask if you have any exercises recommendations for diastasis ?
Whenever I do this I can literally feel space open in my ribs and back. Seriously helps with my shoulder pain?????
ОтветитьThanks! Adrienne you are just AMAZING! Just what I need. Your voice, pace, knowledge, kind attitude and adding your dog on the show is just superb and resonate with my being. I have bladder and rectum prolapse and definitely DO NOT WANT surgery. I give according to what I can money wise but I am abundant in praise and love so much prayers and good blessings to you for helping me and others with your gift and talent❤️🙏
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьYou are great!! Thank you Adrienne!! Best teaching incorporating knowledge, breathing work, a soft and paced voice. You are a Master!! I won’t look further for other teachers. I have Cystocele and rectocele giving me low back pain. Millions of thanks!!❤
Ответить6 weeks postpartum and loved this practice! will definitely come back to it as my pelvic floor becomes less sore.
ОтветитьHi Adriene, is the practice in this video safe for pregnant women?
ОтветитьPicturing the diamond in my pelvic floor has unlocked a new part of my body I’ve been very unconscious of thankyou.
ОтветитьFor whatever reason my body breathes and I know it’s my diaphragm but not understanding how to send my breath to the pelvic floor…I definitely felt a decrease in the urethra spasms I am experiencing daily with cystitis. Halfway through had to get up and pee thougb*sigh*….will this all ever end?
ОтветитьI've loved your channel for so long! Every video is so relaxing and makes me laugh. <3
ОтветитьThank you for everything that you do, Adriene!
ОтветитьNot sure why it doesnt work for me 😢
ОтветитьHi Adriene, is this practice suitable for people with diastasis after pregnancy?
ОтветитьI know women who cant even sit on the floor anymore, let alone position their legs in this manner.
Pelvic floor issues come mostly with age.
Im 56 and very thin
Luckily for me I still can but its getting harder every year.
Has anyone found this to help with pain during intercourse?
ОтветитьBest description I've heard to describe pelvic floor. Never understood till now. Thank you, Adriene!❤
ОтветитьHi, will this help In vaginismus?
ОтветитьI was diagnosed with IC/PBS and my dr thinks I have pelvic floor dysfunction as well. so I was doing the cobblers pose and I feel so much pressure in my pelvis, hips and thighs. As I’m sitting here I just started laughing then sobbing out of nowhere😭I have so much im going through rn but is that normal lol?
