How to practice Nadi Shodana (alternate nostril breathing)
This yoga practice quietens the breath and balances body and mind.
It is important that you first get acquainted with your breath through the practice of Anapana Sati (mindfulness of breating) and also that you learn basic breath control through the practices of Sama Vritti and Visama Vritti pranayama before attempting to master Nadi Shodana.
