The first song was burnt into my feelings somehow, so I googled it.
And yes it was the theme from the movie "Platoon". Such a long time ago when I watched that, but still gives me intantly shivers.

I stumbled across this while searching for some sleep music. the first instrumental sounded so familiar. Then I couldn't sleep till I figured it out. Finally Oliver Stone's movie Platoon popped in my head. Then I thought "I can sleep now" . Wrong lol. Now it's playing another Familiar tune.

this is a tough call for me, i like Adagio for Strings but this one or the vocal version. search homeworld Adagio for Strings, if there was a way to bring both together that would be awesome.

I can't help but associate Barber's Adagio for Strings with Platoon.
