Note:
Go play an actual football match (even a sunday league match would do) and u’ll understand that drogba said that out of rage bcz he cant accept the fact that his team lost

Also note that VAR didnt exist until middle-end of 2010s.

Pique’s hand was a hand but every player is able to play sneaky without getting caught at times (kinda like inter vs barca 2022-2023) and no one talked abt the match being rigged until 2023 so there isnt any point of stripping barça of their ucl title that they wo almost 16 yrs ago

Abidal didnt commit a hand ball, he was protecting his face (u can see him turn his back against the ball) and can clearly see him try to not get hit by the ball. And in any case it hit his armpit which isnt foul

First clip was a dive by the chelsea player, u can see them both going for the ball then the chelsea player forced himself into the box and the defender to win a penalty

That tackle on drogba was in the worst case scenario a direct free kick. And if the referee is a bit less strict then it wouldnt be called at all bcz he clearly went for ball, got the ball and drogba tried to take another touch on the ball at the same time so there isnt anything the defender could do to prevent drogba from falling


So the only foul tbh was pique’s hand, that was a clear handball but go watch the first leg. Its ironic that ballack was the one complaining when he shouldnt even be there bcz of the red card he deserved in the first leg
