Norman Price Destroys the Buildings (PLEASE READ DESC.)

Basically Norman Price copies every other troublemaker and then a Care Bear becomes his worst nightmare. I know its not like me to reuse plots but my Care Bear obsession (which I am now putting to an end) and a desire to introduce Norman Price into the world of GoAnimate Grounded Videos (ones actually made in GoAnimate) plus an obsession with "Destroys the Buildings" videos led me to make this. This plot reuse will never ever happen again.
