Honestly when it comes to the older comics... yeah, TT Dick Grayson reminds me of how he actually was before they rebooted his character. He's extremely intelligent and capable and calls the shots with the Titans... and yeah, he's brooding. Especially when he's around characters that aren't the rest of the Bats. He just looks cheerful and silly compared to his Even More Emotionally Constipated family. I think that's part of why it's my favorite animated iteration of him. It reminds me of who he was before writers that explicitly said they didn't like him got a hold of him and gave his friends and skills and personality to his younger brothers.

As much as I do truly LOVE Dick and Kory together I do honestly like Dick and Babs more, there’s just something special between Dick and Barbra that makes them perfect together, that’s why I’ve really been enjoying the DC Rebirth Nightwing storylines where Dick and Babs are “dating” like they’re together but still figuring out if they should be a real couple and they do, look I’m not saying that Dick and Kory don’t have a great and special connection but personally it’s just not as strong as his connection to Babs
