Realistically, For it to be a 4d Minecraft, it wouldn't be like this. the space would be fully occupied so when you travel through the 4th dimension, the only things that change would be what is shown on the surfaces of blocks (aka the skin of the block), and the space between blocks. the orientation wouldn't change and the position in space wouldn't change. even if you rotate along any of the 4 axis', the skin, position in space, and orientation would rotate along the same axis, in the base 3 dimensions. Maybe size and shape would change, similar to traveling through the 4th dimension, but it wouldn't appear to rotate inside the base 3 dimensions, as it would be rotating inside the 4th dimension. not 3rd, 2nd, or 1st. Regardless, I like the concept, and the implementation, as it seems fun regardless. this is just my ocd letting itself be known.

And if i constantly rotate the dial this will make me an actual 4d being, think of it, 4d creatures are like 3d, but they can see 4d world at once as if this "magical" rotating dial rotates for them with a speed of light.

3.81 d is fun and all and brings back some fun memories, but the smell and electric are definitely parts that's this little moving picture is missing.
