There are a number of screening solutions available, both in rubber and polyurethane, for optimised wear resistance and performance. Assorted panel configurations can be customised for increased deck life. Solid rubber heavy duty (HD) panels are used for high impact and heavy wear, with iron ore, coal, base metals and aggregates. Typically installed at the feed-end of the screen, it can also be used at discharge end of the screen. Skid bars increase the wear life of the solid panel. CeraSnap panels offer the highest abrasion-wear resistance. The rubber provides flexibility and absorbs impact. Ratel panels on the deck are used for both wet and dry applications with iron ore, coal, and base metals. With accurate cut sizing channelling is reduced. Skid bars help in stratification and they safeguard maximum wear life. O-Slot panels are for both wet and dry applications.
