IDK if U noticed, you put the internal fan back the wrong way :) But maybe that's why it didnt go back together at first :D

Can you tell me about this device ? 12V comes to the board but there is no start at the control points there are no 3v 1.5v 2.4v can you tell me which chip is responsible for the formation of these voltages
