When we write npx hardhat test. Then in test script we write deployment. But we are not running any npx hardhat node or localblockchain in background. Then how it is working ? where it is being deployed ?

This is such a bad tutorial. First of all, the speaker falls asleep for every line of text he speaks. Second of all, he does not go in dept about anything. I mean, why would this Decentratwitter all of the sudden have "TipPost" function. Where does that come from. How does that work? Must you always use "ERC721URIStorage" for every project? THe guy copies code in the script and then just reads what the methods and code does. Teaching is not pasting code and reading it, i can read it myself. It's about explaining to people why stuf works the way it does, how the clock thicks. This "reading code" does not learn you anything about how this work. Why would you btw make a clone of twitter. What sort of awful specific tutorial is that. Why not make a tutorial about reading and writing to the blockchain, people can think of their own projects using the knowlage they learn from tutorials. It feels like you teach people how to run before you teach them how to walk.
