In the EASY CONTROLS (for beginners) you have the slo mo speed per default in the video settings (very nice). I use the PRO control settings, but I figure it out if I can set or activate this slow mo speed in my video settings!.... Thanks for yout time pal!!

I have some long videos in my icloud quik app, but everytime i try to save on my iphone it says ‘failed and no space on my data’. But i have a lot of space on my phone. So the videos stock in there and can’t edit either. Please help. Thank you!

Why cant I set the shutter, EV Comp and ISO for camera mode on the hero 12? I have it as pro settings already

This is my 3rd Gopro. The First was the GoPro Hero 2 and still I have the accessories and did not use them much. Probably bought in 2012. Just got today GoPro-12 and opened your site, which I bookmarked how to set up. I bought gopro11 on 28 of August and did not know that within 2 weeks new 12 version came out in the market. I bought it from Costco Canada and you can return it before 90 days. I just tested GoPro-11. so 2 days ago I returned the GoPro and saw yesterday's Black Friday discount, so I bought in Amazon. GoPro is not friendly outside the USA. I wanted to buy from the USA and a subscriber, but found that with discounts in the USA, costs more with shipping and some handling, plus taxes almost 45 Canadian dollars more in the USA than Canada. There is another way I could save another 35 dollars by buying from Alberta, where no sale taxes. I bought gimbals and other stuff from Alberta, but they are slow to dispatch goods. I always save that way. Why are most shops in Aliexpress, where more cheaper than Amazon, sometimes eBay is cheap, but they charge or collect taxes for Canada. Aliexpress never charged taxes, because they are clever than the Canadian govt and idiots dodge taxes and so- handle money over 20$. Americans are lucky to buy goods. I have an address in the US border area to receive Canadian packages for a fee of 3.75$ and use them frequently if the price is below 200$(no taxes and duty handling by road or air) to Canada. tens of thousands of people registered in one warehouse near the border and such way thousands of warehouses along the Canadian border on the US side, who collect for us.

I recorded in 5.3k and my phone doesn't support that format.
Is there a solution to that problem or do I have to buy a new phone. ?

When i click HDR 8:7 Ratio I am not able to use 5.3 K. how did you get it to say 10-bit beside the 5.3K. it disappears and I can't use it.

I ordered the Hero 12 Black with some accesories including a charging station that comes with 2 Enduro batteries. One thing that caught me off was that neither the camera nor the charging station came with a wall charger. Not even the type like you have gotten with phones for awhile now that is an household outlet to USB port. IDK just weird to me. Like I can understand possibly why no wall adaptor with the camera. But the chargering stand not having one, just seems cheap to me.

not that it matters but i remember when i bought my one and only gopro hero 8 the packaging was much more fancy , it had this solid plastic see through stylish box with the camera itsef pisitioned in the middle for the display , infact the box was so good i kept it around for a decent month and couldn't bring myself to throw it away lol

It would be great if you could answer my question please! I have just bought the Gopro12 and new at it! My GoPro uploads all my videos in 5.3k or 4K in the Quik’s cloud. Can I stream from my I phone the video in original quality from the Quik’s cloud directly?
The reason I am asking it seems to me that the clips GoPro makes automatically from my videos look better than the videos themselves when played from the cloud! Thx! Gabor

When trying to use protune controls for "Photo" mode, I am unable to adjust the Shutter, EV Comp, or ISO (all of them are greyed out and say N/A)??? Just got my GoPro and followed along with your video for settings. Video settings worked well but can't get the Preset Photo setting to adjust. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
