Марина, разве ты не понимаешь , что все эти офермации и так называемая медитация it is fake. Это всё на уме, ты пытаешься усидеть на ветке которую грызут мыши одна чёрная другая белая (ночь и день). Stop pretending, stop seem that you are ok. Just look your face, isn't you not see it?, that your face can not be relax . When i look after you, I think you are like actress which so tired or even more you are exhausted. Но ты никогда в этом не признаешься себе , будешь продолжать обманывать себя , потому что так много сил вложено в то что в итоге не приносит истинного счасть.
Но я верю в тебя, ты найдешь в себе силы разорвать это замкнутый круг
