I'll never forget that day in the car. I'd loved this song for 10 whole years but on this particular day, it hit different.

She sat beside me as usual, my hands on the steering wheel, eyes on the road, my heart in the gutter and the stereo on a low volume.

Suddenly, the song came on. As I said, I had loved this song for 10 years but not, it hit different, right from the first note.
I sat there, driving, thinking, completely falling apart inside. And as I the song progressed, I felt it stronger and stronger. I had enough, I could'nt take it anymore, I had to stand uå for myself. So FINALLY, I admitted to myself that, our fairytale, had gone bad. And we had to end it.

I hope she's doing okay today. And I hope that she'll get in touch asking me to see the two little rascal kittens we saved together with her mother(Who lives with my brother). Because I miss them to the point where sometimes I doubt reality.
