u called these kind of non actor celebs cringe, thats fine, i persoanlly dont watch them regularly, but i would say one thing that some of their clips and dialogues are actually not just entertaining but its so unconsiously localized and individualistic, because they are creating their personalities by themselves and not just not copying others but espcially like most people today they are not copying western celebs and content creators like many in indian hinglish mainstream space. One example is deepak kalal, again i never use to watch him regularly but many of his clips are funny, the whole carryminati reacting to him was so funny and him saying "uska humme mallal nahi" or him saying "sharam karo". I personally say them non conventioanal people like krk, raakhi savant, deepak kalal as maskaras. They have been unconsiously been matured in their local society and create individualistic personalities and content, they dont consume western content and their trends, dont try to speak english, dont copy some trendy and intellectual sounding words like sophisticated which people use a lot nowadays. People can judge their quality of content but what i said is also true. Another example who indian tik tok content by local people, they didnt copy pasted western trends or content but created their own space on global tik tok. Yes they were inspired by 90 mainstream hindi films and many of the videos were not that good, but i think many were, they have literally created their own craft of making short form vertical videos, their own trends, how they shoot, act, direct, etc, the ones which worked literally was a piece of new style of short vertical video content creation

many of our mass media content like our movie especilly now but since beginning also were not indian but has western influene. BUT one of the mass media narritive content which was heavily indianized are our serials (soap operas) and tv shows in general. Of course they are not acurately indian in one sense because they are in theatre style acting and show a fantasy (fiction) of bahu being in rich family but they do atyachar. But thats the whole point, their story is about the imagination-psychology (culture) of indians (mainly house hold females). But also it uses complete indianization in their acting (facial expresssion, body language, behaviuor, way of talking, hand gestures, etc), cinematography (heavy use of natural lighting, colours), clothing (our fashion and colourful culture), etc. Not like bad netflix like copy pasted acting and visuals today neo colours and lighting, dark filter, ugly camera and camera work angle movement ,everyone wears white and light colours even our grooms and bride wears light colour cloths now, and interier walls and furniture also became light colour

Basically western media celebs like paris hilton and the kardashian-jenner clan are reasons for such ppl with no talent become infamous or famous(or pushed & promoted by media into ppl's minds by constantly putting them into limelight). Until common audience become sensible and doesnt let media fool them for promoting such talentless ppl for sake of media companies getting money or clout, we will have to see such nonsense ppl for a long time.
