I choose this rating because it is the second device I buy form this Company and it doesn't work. I spent $400 the first time for the R1 and after 2 months it stopped working. I spent $720 for the N1 and after 2 weeks the device turns off while I'm using it. But the worst part of this story is that the customer service doesn't exist.
I sent many emails and they never answered me back. I will find another way to get in touch with them, this is not a serious company.

I have a question 🙋🏼‍♀️: I invest in micro needling I’m a clinic, and was told that I should space these 4-6 weeks apart to allow for collagen production and healing…and that you can’t really force your body to produce more collagen even if you went more often. Hi you mentioned that RF has to hit that 40 degree Celsius or 107 degree Fahrenheit mark I recently bought the nebulyft N1 device and noticed that the device doesn’t really feel warm on my face I have also noticed that when I connected it using the app, the temp never really got to 107 degree Fahrenheit or 40 degree Celsius. The temperature was not consistent when the device was being moved around the face. To my understanding, I thought the temperature has to be a steady 107 degree enable for it to be effective not around 94 degrees Fahrenheit at max..? I’ve reached out to nebulyft support and still hear nothing. So far the reviews about how to and what to spect using radio frequency is not very helpful and specific. Can you clarify what you said about the device having be at 40 degrees Celsius? Does it have to be at that temperature consistently at all times for 10 mins enable to get an effective result ?

I am very interested in investing in one of these RF at home devices. But I got a group on to try 3 x in a spa first which was pretty inexpensive... and in this specific groupon the place added in other things than just RF... they added in a facial treatment/ facial massage/ anti aging cream targeted for face, neck and collarbone region. So there is a little bit more going on to do a spa visit than just RF. I also like the idea of experiencing it from a professional before I go for the at home to see if I like it as a regular thing. But i feel like I will want to get this thing ahahh

Great video. Lots of information and telling the consumer what is reality. I have the Rebecca t’giving, about 3 yrs, it works and so glad I purchased it, s bit pricey, but worth the money. My jaw line is sharp and have more lift in the cheek area. It works, but I have to keep to my schedule.

Hi, I've got a couple of questions about the aftercare/skincare and Im hoping you could provide me of an answer.

With the Nebulyft is it safe to use serums such as Retinol etc. ?
What are the do's and don'ts with skincare while using this device ? I can't seem to find anything but no oil based cleanser.

I've heard that the RF reduces the fat layer in the face. So do I use it only on a few areas please?
