With a sound which could be described as a mixture of grunge and alt rock influences, SHEER features Josh Smith (Vocals), Brydon Sales (Guitar), Ewan Moncrieff (Drums) and Scott Priest (Bass).
Ewan, Brydon and Scott attended the HNC Music course at Mareel together in 2017 and formed the band not long after playing the first Student Night. Since then, the band have played on and off Shetland, with their most recent performance a busy gig with a few other local bands at the Bop Shop at the tail end of December 2019.
