ОтветитьIf this is being made with the idea of leftover salad for later, I would add the feta into each serving so it doesn't melt into the leftover salad- as I like chunks of it.

ОтветитьMy wife made this as I made some lamb chops on the grill. Ace indeed of a recipe, she was amazed I was amazed. It’s one of those recipes that you say no Yours was better hunny. No feta either we used shredded mozzarella will have feta on hand next time that’s for certain.

Thank you Dimitra. I have discovered a bunch of chick pea salad recipes, but this Greek one is special. I had it with unbuttered toast. The crunchy bread with the flavors and textures of your salad are a great combination.
