Ledger can still be used as semi hotwallet to interact with random web3 dex. Plan to buy one as secondary wallet but not as main storage.
Ответитьwhat about cold card ??
ОтветитьSafepal was not bad i have 2 safepal and one trezor
Ответитьone key best cold wallet for kaspa
ОтветитьWhat about decent hardware wallet? Please do review ✌🏽🌟
ОтветитьWhy no BC VAULT
ОтветитьWarning regarding the Tangom Wallet. I received over the weekend the 3 card Tangom, shipped in from Singapore. The box the products came in had been tampered with. Meaning the seal on the product box had been cut but in a way that would not have been easily noticeable. The product inside also had no plastic wrapping like most new electronic products have. Not sure if the cards had been tampered with or not but not taking that chance.
The return policy is to ship to China. Not sure but guessing that will cost more then I paid for the product.
No more seed phrases to worry about! Portkey's Social Recovery lets me create and manage digital identities without the complexity. I can use familiar Web2 credentials, and in case of emergencies, my chosen guardians come to the rescue. Simple, secure, and user-friendly.
ОтветитьDo you know of any wallet that supports the Pulsechain eco system coins without 2nd or 3rd parties like Metamask ?
ОтветитьI wonder what happen if the Tangem app disappears if tangem files for bankruptcy?..
ОтветитьSafepal is easy to use and you can use it anywhere.
ОтветитьWhat about BC Vault?
ОтветитьHow is safepal less secure because its less known? Its airgapped ...
ОтветитьAs a beginner, i just purchased tangem, do you think i should buy one more cold wallet with seed phase for backup, which one do you suggest, thx
Ответитьi switch from ledger to coolwallet pro
ОтветитьArculus?
ОтветитьOne massive Con that was missing for the Ellipal Titan is that it’s not Open Source. Big red flag and security risk... big enough on this fact alone that I cannot, will not buy it and risk having everything compromised later on. Will never buy a closed source hardware wallet
ОтветитьCan malware compromise the device or your assets within…. via the microSD card when we plug the microSD card into a computer in order to upload the new firmware update to it? (Which then gets loaded into the Ellipal titan?)
Say my computer is already infected with a malware that automatically spreads to every future device I plug into it. Every phone, usb drive, iPad, everything. Once the malware secretly loads itself to the microSD that gets plugged into the already-infected computer…. Is there anyway a hacker could steal the funds from the device using their malware?
Sorry, I didn’t get what is the problem with the ledger now?
Ответитьnice! Tangem is technically not actually a cold wallet as it has NFC connection... also seed is generated on the device and the hardware is not open source so will need to trust the chip manufacturer and no way of knowing my seed... also the blind signing (having no screen to verify the transaction on) is a big attack vector. i think these are cool as hot wallets which are more secure than the average but defiantly not a cold wallet for holding anything you wouldnt like to lose (: fuck ledger man.
ОтветитьWhy Coldcard or BitBox02 are not reviewed? Those are supposedly better ones.
ОтветитьNot feeling so confident in Ellipal I ordered my wallet in May and still has not arrived, I was told it was shipped Express 7-15 business days from when I ordered it. Already close to 30 days WTF Ellipal.
Ответитьwell I would like to dispute your assesment of Safepal, its very easy to use, very easy to update and its cheap and lots of coins, and security is 5 out of 5 due to being air gapped. Prone to damage well depends, its flimsy but its still tough . I dont put my wallets thru rough times always stored in well protected clean locations. as for web3 intergration, I would like to dispute that one, Ive used my safepal to access uniswap, 1inch etc. you can access dapps and do swaps with no problems. Yep just the staking which is lacking.
ОтветитьWhy the hell would Elipical have a 12 word seed phrase ? asking for trouble.
Ответитьellipal sucks horrible upgrade not suer friendly at all. Safepal so far is the best wallet. love it easy upgrade very user friendly and cheap too and massive amount of coins.
ОтветитьColdCard needs to be added.
Nice video 👍
The Con you gave to Tangem regarding 'risk of losing your cards' isn't fair as with all wallets, if you lose your keys (cards) you lose access.
ОтветитьWas passiert bei einer EMP? Was wenn es nass wird oder Feuchtigkeit zieht ? Kann ein Dieb das Passwort dechiffrieren, wenn es nicht stark genug ist?
ОтветитьCan you do a review of cryptocurrency wallet in Utopia ecosystem?
ОтветитьEllipal Titan is best wallet so far, for me. I trashed my ledger.
ОтветитьAnd have you tried BitBox?
ОтветитьHave you tried a BitFi ? I paid for one at the website but they disappeared. No answer about where it is. No emails. No answer to phone call. Will have to contact credit card company and get my money back.
ОтветитьI've owned ledger, ellipal ( which was impossible to keep charged than ten minutes and I was worried that it wound die and not be usable. Arculus is the best. The fact that you didn't even mention it is odd. You mentioned some other company that copied the card idea with less security
ОтветитьHow about the onekey? It is open source hardware and software.
Also the biggest advantage of ledger is the staking inside the wallet directly. Non of the other alternatives have this function. Any solution for the staking issue?
What about the D'Cent bio wallet? I really like mine, any cons about it? I have not found any yet...
ОтветитьHave you looked at BCVault
ОтветитьWhat about keystone wallet?
ОтветитьLedger is garbage! Spent so much money on ledger blue and they discontinued it with no replacement.
ОтветитьAnybody use Keystone Pro?
ОтветитьGood vid. I was surprised that the Trezor Model T is not compatible with an iPhone.
ОтветитьI have 4 ledgers since 2016 and was just about to buy the new stax and
not even get it for a year or so just bc i believed in them so much. un frikn believable ledger!
I am emptying on JADE for bitcoin and NGRAVE for the rest. PEACE
Got the ngrave and used your link.. thx
ОтветитьThank you. 😙 Please create a video about the two wallets you are purchasing for yourself.
ОтветитьWhy is tengem 4 stars? Seems super revolutionary and innovative to me
ОтветитьD'CENT!! I've read enough and listened to enough. Maybe I'm being too "judgemental" or "paranoid" but too many red flags come up for the wallets on this list. I mean, didn't even Trezor just have a major security issue just come to light a week or two ago??
Anyway, aside from some minor complaints (which happen regardless) D'cent just feels legit. (I hope I don't have to eat my words later.)
I somehow missed Tangem. I trust Tangem more than the other cold wallets. The only thing is better not lose the card, or buy a 2 pack and make one a backup for the other one (then store the backup in a Faraday bag in a safe place).
safepal is from binance, so its not like its un unknown company
ОтветитьNgrave zero secure eliminate chip is not eal7 its eal5. Its firmware is eal7, but yes its a nice wallet.
ОтветитьD'CENT Number 1 for me then, Tangem, then Trezor, then Elipal, and last Ledger, just remember Safepal S1 and Elipal are Chinese
ОтветитьIf any of these companies went bust can you still access you crypto ok ?
Do they work independently i have seen this question asked a number of times
and no-one seems to have an answer WORRYING
