Glad to see GM products specially Chevys , I have a Z71 2000 Tahoe.
ОтветитьGlad to see the normal side of overlanding. Can’t wait to see more hummer content. It would be nice to see some h2 specific internal parts. Like the infotainment system on that xlr. Great work and great content! Keep it up! (2003 h2 owner)
ОтветитьWhat brand rims?
ОтветитьHow do I get to Josh’s channel???
ОтветитьWhat is Josh's channel?
I have a similarly built Suburban and several ideas I'd like to work on.
Interesting microphone setup lol
ОтветитьLove the vid guys! A Vegas local as well, rocking an '05 GMC Yukon Xl 1500. I just recently picked up a roof top tent and am looking into some possible solar setups and lighting. Definitely looking forward to seeing what kind of 3D printed things you can come up with for offroading.
ОтветитьAppreciate the real life scenarios, thank u!
ОтветитьNo spare tire ? 🤨
ОтветитьLove the build , in the process of building and 04 Tahoe struggles are real
Ответитьgot a 2003 trailblazer LT ext "overlanded" out on 35s over the last 2 years,
now im working on my second tahoe z71 2002. $4k from the inlaws sitting in their yard for half a decade.
gonna do rhino liner roll on black body, white roof, lift/35s, winch, fresh OEMish head lights, tow mirrors, some amber pods front/back, mid grade suspension probably fox and a corvette servo. done.
gear might have a tighter fit since a tahoe isnt as long as an EXT but the little extra width should help it break even.
essentially the same as this
This stick 😂
Ответить35” is the best
ОтветитьI am looking at getting a 2001 Tahoe Police Interceptor with a 6.0 Litre, it has 214k mile a 12k Warn winch and is running the metric equivalent of 33s. A LED light bar on the roof for 2500.00, i love wht you have done with the videos they are inspiring!!! Keep it up and if you have any advice please let me know
ОтветитьGot my 2002 Chevy Suburban $350. All it need was a fuel pump!
ОтветитьNotavsix checking in! Hope all is well let’s get these gmt800s popular !
ОтветитьJust got my 03 Tahoe, starting off with maintenance first
ОтветитьJust bought my 03 Z71 Burban! Love it. Can't wait to build it up… slowly.
ОтветитьIs there a specific year of GMT800 platform that’s preferable? I’m looking at a Tahoe, due to garage space.
ОтветитьI have a 2001 k2500 Suburban. One of the reasons went with the 3/4 ton was so I could safely run bigger tires and lockers. I still have the stock G80 locker in the rear and put an electric locker in the front. I rebuilt the front end using parts from Kryptonite front end parts. They are quite expensive but they are pretty indestructible to say the least.
ОтветитьHave an 03 z71 now that I am starting to outfit for over nights with the wife. How does the factory rack handle the tent? Any issues? Also, I want to do a 270 awning on the factory rack, any tips?
ОтветитьCool Suburban! We have an '05 2wd Tahoe that we bought new, as a family wagon with 2 miles on it. It is still sitting in the drive with 362,000. We've only put a water pump, alternator, and a PCV valve for repairs. Great vehicles! Next we bought the wife a 2013 GMC Yukon XL 4WD, with the 6.2 as her ride. In the past year, it has been handed down to me and I am slowly building it into a "mildly capable" overlanding rig. Living in the Southeast, we are pretty limited on Overlanding locations for multi-day trips, so I really don't need to go too extreme. We did just return from a few days of camping on Cape Lookout, in the Outer Banks and the truck did great!
Thanks for sharing!
Those ditch lights where did you get them?
ОтветитьThe "sketch" situation is exactly why Im planning on sleeping in my burb, so i will have to figure out how im going to store other stuff. Maybe roofrack. Kinda scared, my roof rack may fall off if tested😂 i figure i could put up a light canoe and be safe. As a minority in this country where "sundown" areas exist, i have to be extremely cautious of my surroundings. It shouldn't be that way, but it is what it is.
ОтветитьThere is no reason to "downsize" to a tahoe when you have a suburban. The extra space can always be used with something.
ОтветитьI thought the factory roof rack couldn’t support that weight. I’ve been saving for a baseline overland roof rack
ОтветитьGas guzzler
