If it wasnt fr the portuguesa n other invasions i would still be in goa...our temples were razed and today a church stands there.a particular god ganesha tmpl called khandola ganesha now, really had to suffer so much flight...it is still in goa albeit a few beatings he got during his escape......thanks to portugal

You should visit Chattanooga Tennessee, USA! Our food is unique to this region and we have an amazing aquarium! Not only aquatic species but birds, reptiles, indigenous ( and non indigenous) animals; plus a live butterfly exhibit that you can actually walk through!

Hi Mark, you were really lucky that that guy sitting next to you gave you some hints about how to eat the bacalhau. Still, as portuguese and huge bacalhau lover, was a bit painfull for me to see how dry you ate it. You should have had much more fine cut onions, parsley and garlic over the whole dish and then richly poured olive oil and some drops of vinegar. I could see you weren't totally thrilled with the food, but you would have had been, if you've ate it like i just described. I really enjoyed watching your show, though. Greetings and success!
