Pairing More Than Two Devices on AppleTV - Zwift

I am using a Samsung phone to access zwift companion. I open the app, but do not have a "more" button at the bottom. I select the three lines at the top left and can select "settings", but I don't get an option for "device connections" only "connections" and that is not what I need.
What am I missing?

Companion is clunky and you collect more info than needed. WHY !!!

Apparently Apple TV also has to be on the same wireless connection, especially if you want to use ERG Mode. I had it on ethernet but then it would not work this way or allow ERG. Huff.

Does the companion app have to be open on the screen or can it be in the background? I'm wondering if I will be able to reply to texts while using the companion app for my 3rd drives in Zwift. Thanks

I ve got a Samsung Galaxy and cannot connect via the companion app, i havent found the solution on the support. Is there any way to connect via the companion app or not?

And Android? Not everyone has an iPhone. There is no 'device connections' in Android Companion App settings.

Why is this so insanely complicated and it never works. It takes me 10 mins to pair every fucking time. Your support hub is a joke. If only you put as much into the software engineering as you do these schlocky videos.
