The Gaming Monitor Sweet Spot! HP Omen 27i Review! (1440p, IPS, 165Hz, GSync)

I’m looking to buy a 1440p monitor for my series x is there any other monitor’s you would recommend over this omen

Anyone know why I can’t run 1440 p 120 with this monitor on my serious x?

Hm I doubt someone can read this comment now but well, I just got this model and discalimer - this si my first IPS panel and I see darker area near left and right edge. Specially when white backgroud is printed - webpage - it is disctracting. Now I am not sure whether is it IPS specific case or my model has defect.

This moniter is wonderful! Works great with my ps5 especially since the 1440p update

Overpriced.

The granularity of the screen picture in this monitor is unacceptable, these companies all use the same cheap lcd panel from Nec or Samsung which is low quality TFT panel. I see this across Dell, HP Lenovo and others in this category. That is actually ridiculous than that over a decade after 2K monitors came to the market their quality actually decreased. I still have 32-in 2K Samsung I purchased 11 years ago and it is far superior picture versus this one with no zero picture granularity. Kids who claim this is great monitor must have never seen the real quality one.

I have 2 25i monitors and they're fantastic. I dont have highest budget or latest spec build, but 1080 at 165hz for my games suits me perfectly
