ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьDude, copyright copyright copyright, big company’s will steal this idea.
ОтветитьWell it’s perfect, keep the vid coming
ОтветитьWow, holy cow that was great! Thanks!
Ответитьgreat idea, perfect execution and i love your clean and well organized workshop, greetings from germany
ОтветитьThis is an Art !
ОтветитьSUBSCRIBED! Nicely done. I'm impressed!
ОтветитьBlake this is a very slick idea that is really practical !
ОтветитьHey Blake
Big fan of your very chilled and inspiring woodwork videos.
Bought a house myself 2 years ago with a wonderful 30 square meters single car garage which i wish to turn into a woodshop /hobbyroom.
For future videos, would it be possible for you to go over some of the machinery that you have ? Perhaps you could elaborate a little on the pros and cons regarding their individual features.
All the very best

Set table saw. Cut it down. Use sander to sand. Lol.
ОтветитьBought a sticker, thanks for the great content!
ОтветитьI need your work shop 😍
ОтветитьWow! Amazing ingenuity! I love the work you do in such a small, clean and well organized shop. Keep up the great work👍🏻
ОтветитьThat's super nice! How long did it take to build and plan it?
ОтветитьGreat video. One of the few woodworking channels with great background music too.
ОтветитьNice build Blake. I'm with master Monk Gaming and I think we could use one of these. Thanks for giving me the idea.
ОтветитьThat would make a great upgrade kit. Now your Grilling!
ОтветитьLaguna Supermax should integrate this into their next wave of upgraded machines. European companies have been doing similar things with Jointer/Planer combos for years. I'm surprised I haven't seen any companies making dual-purpose drum/surface sanders like what you just fabricated. Great vid and quite a solid innovation brother!
ОтветитьReally cool concept! Do you find that you still use it a good bit almost a year later?
ОтветитьThis is more than great , It's MAGNIFICENT. If I ever get a drum sander I will definitely make this . Thanks
ОтветитьNice work!
ОтветитьNice build Blake
ОтветитьGreat build and great video. No questions. :)
ОтветитьNice build mate!
Do you have to keep noticeably more weight on the back of the piece due to the fact the indeed and outfeed tables are the same height?
I mean as compared to the way a jointers tables work.
Cheers.
Kinda brilliant!
ОтветитьCool idea thanks
ОтветитьHi there, any plans exist for the cart that the sander sits on? Or maybe a video just on the cart?
ОтветитьIs one side of the table slightly higher than the other like a jointer table?
ОтветитьDo you have to be careful that your piece makes constant, even contact when surface sanding like that? Cool stuff.
ОтветитьThats damm clever, I have just purchased the Laguna 16/32... I might refer back to this video if and when i need a table top sander.. Thanks Blake... Just followed you on Instagram @TaylorMadeByPaul
ОтветитьWood a 16”” jointer worked!!
I see the powermatic truk pulling up to your house🚚🚚
Super, je viens de tomber sur votre chaine. J adore
ОтветитьI saw this add on in another video you made. Genius! Now I will have to go to the drawing board and figure out how I can do this too.
ОтветитьThat was so cool! (And I liked the music choice)
ОтветитьWell that's just genius & beautifully executed! Nice one!
ОтветитьSaw you using this jig for the walnut boxes, very clever indeed! I recently bought the same sander so I might have to try making something like this.
ОтветитьI have thought about doing this for years, but you beat me to it! Great design! I wish the big boy companies would manufacture one of these, so I don't have to go through the headache of building one.
ОтветитьHave to say that your solution was pretty cool. Not only does look good but more importantly it’s functional! Excellent job!!
ОтветитьSeriously, how is this not already an after-market option available from Supermax?
ОтветитьYou should not get epoxy on your skin. It is highly cancerous, while it is still wet, and is uptaken by the skin. Always wear gloves.
ОтветитьAnyone got an idea where to get the countertop material in Germany?
ОтветитьNice
Ответить3 years in - you still using it?
ОтветитьBlake, great job on the drum sander. If I join your Patreon account can I download some plans to build one myself?
ОтветитьBlake do you have a set of plans for this?
Ответить5 years later, would you make any improvements?
ОтветитьThanks is for watching! If I get enough questions I’ll do another Q&A video next ;)
