ОтветитьI find this technique very effective in terms of training your nervous system and managing stress but it’s a bit misleading to call it a «relaxation» technique. It’s pretty intense and stimulating. I’m not sure that it’s good for calming down or before bedtime
ОтветитьI completed it and it wasn't too difficult but i got a serious case of Tinnitus at the end of the 2 min breath hold😅😅 on the bright side, for now my dyspnea is a little bit better than before, the Tinnitus went away after 1 minute (but i came back for a second time but lighter)
Interesting experience overall, i even counted my heart beats during the 2 minutes breath hold and it was about 85-90 😮😮

ОтветитьWow! I made it thru all the way. Few years ago I was able to hold my breath for 3 mins, but only right after inhaling, so my abdomen and lung was full of air. Never tried with empty lung. Interesting experience.

1 month already!, I have been doing it almost daily, more and more often. I am starting to feel changes, It is now quite easy to hold my breath for the 2 minutes

ОтветитьIf you’re struggling to get to the longer breathe holds, try your practice first thing in the morning - I’m always able to get longer holds that way. Second best time is before bed. Be kind with yourself and understand that it’s not a competition, and doing the work puts you one step closer to your Best Self ❤
