It’s misleading to call the watch $3000 in that condition. It costs much more to restore the watch in that horrible condition. I have a few vintage watches myself and in that state it’s worthless…

Removing is one thing but remembering where everything goes back! That’s a whole other ballgame

Only a gifted, skilled, veteran artisan could perform this marvelous work! Bravo! Skills like watchmaking and restoration seem to be restricted to the older, more mature set of people. Make no mistake, these types of skills require years if not decades to develop. It is sad that most young people today would rather play around with a so-called smartphone than learn from a master like this gentleman.
