This verdict was a virtue signal to all criminals that they can arm rob women, shoot your homies in the head, drive with expired tags, no license, no insurance, have a warrant for a gun, DUI high on weed, resist arrest, and attempt to flee in a vehicle while possibly dragging police. But if you make an honest mistake, a true accident, even if you have a perfect 26 year career, we are going to drop the hammer on you and make an example out of your innocence.

Police aren't given the authority to play judge, jury and executioners. Daunte didn't deserve death. He wasn't armed and her life wasn't threatened. There are good police that do their job's and it's time for accountability for those who are trigger happy. This is nothing to rejoice over but it is justice. She won't serve long.

Does she keep her police pension? Now that she is a convicted felon.

I'm not sure why one of the people on this news program still is narrating the "hung jury" misunderstanding. Chu made sure we all knew that the jury question was in no way related to a possible hung jury, which I said all along. That was speculation put out by the entertainment media and run in circles by the laypeople watching this trial and not understanding the media is just a clown trying to get them to dance. The jury was JUST asking if there was a deadline to reach a conclusion.

I think what tipped the jury over is today is 12/23. Does anyone want to spend day before Christmas in courtroom arguing? I know nobody would say that...but that's what I'd think if I'm a jury there (good thing I'm not one).

If she really really cried I might might say maybe maybe what she was going to do jail wise up to sentencing and 10 years probation as well as any accrued pension of hers given to the family of the victim and I would say thats as light as you would get it BUT no tears no special treatment and aggravated circumstances at sentencing just for trying to go from cop to killer to actor during the trial.

As for Maxwell half her family have either topped themselves, committed terrible financial crimes or both so is this number 3 .

A Veteran Police officer would instruct a rookie to make sure motorists turns off the car especially when your about to arrest said motorist!
Not only is Kim Potter inept as a veteran she is complacent in her own training on Taser use, the dominant hand will always move first before the less dominant.
Another reason the car should have been turned off.
Look at her in the video she is holding contempt at the jury, eyeing each one with a snarl on her face. The icing is the prison photo where she is smiling, she isn't sorry for the loss of the young man.

I don’t know why the defense doesn’t do a better job selecting these juries. Minnesota should be ashamed of themselves for this verdict and the Derek Chauvin verdict. When do u put the responsibility back on the criminals Minnesota??? I hope u lose every police officer in your state
