Great content, good evening routine. I have introduced a tech ban between 8pm and 8am, I have found it quite beneficial. In this vid you mentioned that you've noticed a lot of benefits from the AG products. Could you expand on what benefits you have noticed?

Moving the phone across the room is a great call.. I began doing this a few years ago. I wish that I could just leave it in my home-office, but the modern paranoia of possibly being out of touch for an emergency (I don't have a land-line) is too strong. The few times that I get up and grab my phone and go back to bed, I end up spending up to an hour reading articles and scanning social media. When I notice how much time has passed, it just serves to reaffirm that I am following the right distancing strategy.

I am loving your channel. I like the commentary, factual and frank.. no frills. Your wife and baby are both so pretty too.

I love evenings. Summer is long where we live and I have enjoyed ditching technology and watching hummingbirds or the clouds instead. I sit on the floor often too. It’s so I can snuggle my Labrador. My husband prefers the couch. You have a beautiful family. I’m so glad you are choosing to be present. It’s time you can never get back. It changed my career path dramatically but staying home with our kids was the absolute best use of my time.

Yeah! Evening routine is way more effective for me. I am a zombie in the mornings. Tried many early routines, but almost nothing stocked around. Being an owl, an evening/night routine is way more efficient!
