Most of us stopped playing army when we were 11 or 12. Some guys never grow up.

I can gather thousands of minutes of videos of any event (lets say a dance event) and then marking the same group over and over again. They were just around, just like all the other non proud boys, pro Trump people. Easy to point at a form of organization, but it is clearly not.

You could round them up, cuff them and deport them, back to their country. Or it's probably too expensive to send them back to Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Britain, Finland, Iceland but atleast they can try. Maybe fill a freight of these nationalist prisoners and if it suddenly sinks, atleast the governments tried to fix the issue. But then again, if they don't wanna deal with immigration right at the border, then there is no way they can send these fools back to their distant countries. But honestly it is what they need. They can go all viking all they want, and the governments from the country of their origin can deal with the expenses.
