I appreciate the information. Found your video because I've been experiencing shoulder pain for 3-4 months. Just got MRI & results show: partial-thickness bursal-sided tear, supraspinatus tendinosis, subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis, & osteoarthrosis of the glenohumeral joint. I'm being referred to a sports medicine dr for injections & therapy. Would really appreciate hearing your thoughts & opinions regarding this specific combination of injuries.
ОтветитьGreat video brother. I have a question. I have rotator cuff tendinopathy on both shoulders as well as a small supraspinatous tendon tear. Both have bursitis. Just been to the specialist and he suggested cortisone injections which I’m not a fan of. I do weight training, bjj and a active manual labour job. He told me to stop lifting weights. I’m confused am I supposed to be resting to let the inflammation calm down or do exercises that you mentioned to strengthen the muscles and tendons ??
Ответитьwhat do i do when my tendinopathy doesnt respond to therapy after a year
ОтветитьCan you provide some literature links please about the shoulder exercises with chain exercises and in the video about bridges with shoulder exercises or squating with shoulder exercises
ОтветитьI got bicep tendonitis a few months ago,now I feel pain in my shoulder when I move back my arm
ОтветитьArm pit bruising from fall..they said on mri rotator cuff not damaged
• Closed fracture of head of right humerus with routine healing, subsequent encounter
• Superior glenoid labrum lesion of right..slap tare
shoulder, subsequent encounter Contusion of right shoulder, subsequent encounter
Fall on same level due to impact against object
These are different exercises from what every other therapist recommends....I've never heard lifting/ chest presses etc or lower body exercises recommended....
Why don't you recommend the traditional exercises... ?
How much do you earn monthly?
ОтветитьSo, I fell on my shoulder back in 1999. I was 19. I was told then that I have rotator cuff tendonitis. It hadn’t bothered me much till 2015/2016. I was in a different state and I had p t and that helped tremendously. Then in 2020/2021 I was in a different state and my shoulder started bothering me. I tried p t and this time it didn’t help. I went to a surgeon and they said I need the distal clavicle excision. I had that done and that helped but nothing done with rotator cuff. So, I have been hurting again. I did have an injection and that helped for 3 months. Im hurting again. I had an MRI and report said tendinosis. I’m in pain though. I have popping/cracking. Went to another surgeon recently. He said mri shows that everything looks great structurally. He said no surgery. His suggestions were
1 be thankful I don’t need surgery
2 modify activities
3 rest
4 ice/heat
So, I asked, I live in pain? He said he wouldn’t say it that way. He said the way he would say it is be thankful I don’t need surgery and hope that the pain goes away. I have been told to find a new surgeon

ОтветитьCan push ups and pullups make our shoulder joint better in strength?
ОтветитьExcellent video, Khalid.

ОтветитьDo you recommend NSAIDs to combat inflammation and pain?
ОтветитьI do a form of the wall sit with the band but I bend down like im touching my toes with legs almost straight..I have some light dumbbells that I grab and I basically do a upside down lat pulldown...it kinda looks like a swimming motion ...hopefully this makes sense but either way it feels like its kinda tightening up some and having less pain
ОтветитьWhat are your thoughts on PRP injections to assist with healing in addition to/or in lieu of steroid injection? I know insurance doesn’t cover, but have you heard there’s any efficacy with them?
ОтветитьWould you recommend unstable resistance even though the joint is unstable due to lack of support by the rotator cuff?
