When I'm in a normal standing position my back tends to be arched inwards at the bottom. Then if i attempt to bend over forward slightly from a vertical 90 degrees to about 115 degrees forwards slightly i can already feel the bottom of my spine is in pain and feels so seized up. Do i have a slipped disc or is it a muscular problem?

i cant do the cobra stretch without my hips being of hte ground. my back just dose not want to bend its like the muschel is tight as fuck and prevents me from bending it or something.and that cobra scorpion is really painfull. trying to keep my legs together is imposible it hurts so much trying to do that. i think i have an issue with my lower back being stuck or sometihng and i dont no how to fixi t :( iv been like this for years.
