Another reason why I love sugaring is it doesn’t attach to the skin. It’s only attaching to the hair! Every other way attaches to the shin and that’s what causes the most pain

Sugaring is awesome because you wait for it to cool down completely pretty much, so you don’t risk burning yourself (regular wax) and it’s a lot easier to remove residue bc it’s just sugar, so you only need warm water. Regular wax leaves the most annoying residue no matter what I do.

Important tip: exfoliate before to prevent ingrown hairs, apply pressure immediately after flicking and it will reduce pain, aloe Vera is nice after you’re done if you have some remaining stinging or irritation

That’s how they do that in the Arab world where sugaring was invented!

We use wax heater to melt it and a thick tissue paper to remove hair in opposite direction

The ancient romans used honey for wax in terms. It's a really old tecnique but it works really well

Ok so as an Indian I am no stranger to sugering but it's very difficult to do because sugar is so goddamn sensitive.
If it's too hot that day, it will keep melting too fast. If it's too cold, it would dry up and form lumps in your mixture. If it's humid (which it is in India most of the time) it will become runny and stop being effective.
I personally like the method of using sugar as a soft wax with strips. You can wash the strips and reuse them too.
