I remember buying these big pides in the Turkish bakery in Melbourne… I’ll keep them in the fridge and try to eat them within 3-4 days cos they were too big for me to eat alone… but i love them just with butter and coffee for my breakkie… yummz… 😊

Hello , I can’t understand 5 cups flour is actually 1250 g 🤔 maybe I misunderstood something? Because I tried to make yesterday but fought was sooo hard , and when I search similar recipes it says 500 grams .
