ОтветитьCross fit is awesome. Most folks don't have the committment to actually eat correctly and perform Cross fit workouts. So, the people who fail to eat and train correctly should be made fun of. Not the program that they failed to have the commitment to complete

Careful not to take in more protein than required for hypertrophy. Just got my blood results. I take in more than my weight and my Triglycerides and Blood Urea Nitrogen is high. Kidneys can't process too much protein so it damages the kidneys and seeps into the blood stream. Only take 1 gram per pound of weight and dont be in ketosis too long. That's why body building competitors dont stay shredded all year round. Its unhealthy and could lead to kidney failure and heart attacks. Get your blood work done regularly to truly get an idea how you are inside. Fit outside doesn't mean you're healthy inside.

fat and out of shape by BB standards. And he whittled down at least 35lbs for that role
plus the cardio in those insane circuits and caloric restriction got him lean AF.. But NOT with paper thin skin, road map fore arm veins or shrink wrapped delts like say Hugh Jackman in 2013 and 2014. Plus the LIGHTING for Muscle in that movie was Perfect At All Times.
