I feel like this is the first channel that really *gets it*…this and the box fan one are like deep brain massage, I’m not even trying to sleep I’m doing chores but this calms my anxiety. I just found this channel so I’m going to have a great time trying all the videos. Subbed because grateful.

Thank you very much for this. Im 18 and i used to sleep all the time as a baby have i been told to. This provides if not fully relaxation then 99% of it. (The 1% is the heat the video cant produce physically)
