The Secret to 5-Way Emblem Farming: 10k+ Kills EVERYTIME (20+ Divs/ Hour)

The reason why I recommend using Dash is that the distance forward AND backwards is ALWAYS the same. This means you do not need to adjust like with Shield Charge. If you wanted to use Shield Charge you would have to Shield Charge the EXACT distance forward that your Dash will go backwards, if it isn't pixel perfect, your character will end up moving forward or backwards overtime.

Dash + Enhance + Helm Enchant (2 Additional Charges) + Second Wind

You can get CDR from:

Ashes of the Stars (via Quality)
Belt (Crusader, Shaper, Unveil or even Bench Craft) or The Flow Untethered / The Torrent's Reclamation Unique Belts.
Boots (Eldritch Implicit for easy 30% Dash CDR) or The Stampede Unique Boots can be upwards of 80%

You really don't need 1 sec cooldown, base cooldown is 2.38 seconds and you only need around 1.5 so Enhance + Ashes (regular Aurabot Amulet) is enough as it brings it to ~1.7 second.

Stampede makes it super smooth at ~1 second though

For 5carries I dont care one bit they are bots. Their only purpose in the game is to get ppl to lvl100, dont care how they do it, 5way is boring and low FPS if not on high end gamer PC.

Thank-you for this. This confirms what I have been wondering about. Some guy shows up in standard, looking for resetters. He gets on my case a bit becuase I can't get higher than 8k+ while some other guy hits 10k consistently (he does the spin in place thing)......infact now that I think of it he says he just AFK's while holding a key in place. Meanwhile I'm feel I'm going to have a seziure staring at the dang screen trying to get perfect timing while the lights are flashing all the time. Now I understand not only was the other re-setter using a script, but he likely was too. The day I mention it he does a 180 personality switch and tosses me out of his group and refuses to speak to me. I knew he was just a little to friendly to be true.

As a dedicated resetter, this also depends if your party doesn't have a leaver and glitches the resets to where you'll need 2 resetters.

nothing new I already knew about this like a year ago

just to add a little something on.... as someone who also runs thousands of 5ways, over time iv found that standing in the top or bottom, rather than the left or right side (for the leechers) is far better exp, approx 15-20% more exp gained per run. the map is wider then it is tall, approx 8% wider. when standing on either left/right side you will miss kills fromt he far corner that your not on. if you stand in the top or bottom middle though, you will be in range of more of the kills. with the leechers standing on either right/left side your Missing a few % exp every run!

I did plenty of runs and shield charge + dash is slighty faster than double dash

i bought carry from a guy who could get 10k+ solo, he was reseting and carrying alone

Multi league 5 way carry here, and as most of what is said is true, some of it is NOT. It's 70% Resetting and 30% Build, and the build he showed start of video won't reach 10k. I started with that setup and lucky to reach 9.3k, then did a more expensive overhaul to break the 9.5k barrier to reach 9.8-10.5k, so yea without video showcase I call bs on that build doing 10k, plus aura must use certain auras to push u to the 10k.

So if I run 5way for leveling and I get the dudes that are doing scripts and some nasty things I might get banned ?

I've been Aurabotting Reseting 5ways for few Leagues now to get my Aurabots to level 100.
The best run I noticed was with a Carry that stood still like in the non-tos friendly example and shot from there while I was standing exactly above him to reset and the rest of party stood also around him, slightly to the left so all were in my range.
I do not remember exact kill count, but was the smoothest run I had.
[I was doing manual resets with Shield Charge + Dash]

easy fix, remove XP death lose. People will do always better stuff,

How about 2 resetters in sync? Whirling blades, stack attack speed and dash with attack in place so it automatically goes backwards. Now however, I don't remember if these have the same distance travelled.

I did this for 1 league and it felt like I was driving a schoolbus. If you hit one bump all the kids starts crying but if you do it good they just leave and say nothing. And sometimes the bus just decides to fall apart and all hell breaks loose. So incredibly anoying to do it even if it was insane money.

Cant believe you got this SO wrong Matth. As someone myself following Kobe's NO HH build for 5ways, you have to stay still and spin in circles, because you use a jewel called Natural Affinity that gives you 20% more damage and 10% less damage taken when still. WTF man, its super unfair to say "everyone spinning in circles is a macro user" shame on you. Give me the 170 divines for the HH and Ill happily walk around like everyone else.

Do u think going around in circles is better than standing in one place and shooting ??

The multiple people at the same time resetting was something that Turdtwisterx always tried to do and was probably his secret to being by far the best carry I had compared to when I tried with other people, they never tried to do it. I'm talking about the time 6+ leagues ago and he was already doing this, though I don't think anybody tried to track kills that far back.

Hi Pom! I have been running 5ways with my friend for the first time this league, and the "dash tech" is cool! But how do you deal with headhunter getting the flicker strike buff from monsters? When I try to stay at one place and spin around, I get randomly teleported around from time to time. I wonder if there is a solution to this. Thanks!
