How to use BMW Parking Assistant

I'm sorry but i think this is scary, as much as i would trust that car, i just can't trust that it can park all by itsself. I had a scary experience with a Volkswagen caddy that also had park assist, it would steer very quickly and go quite fast with parking. This Bmw seems to be more calm when parking. Also what's next? Can i sent my car out to run some errands lol? Fitting a little note on it's windshield for the baker so he can put my order in the backseat? Haha.

Do you have to pay like a monthly fee for that or it comes with the car

This is way better than the Volvo. You have to control gas, brake and gear in that. This seems to do it all.

Can it parallel park on the left? I couldn't get it to work just for the right side only.

How does it park if there is no cars on the left or right and you say it only reads obstacles and not the parking lines?
