I have eczema and my recommendation is to use the garnier skin active miscellar water with the pink cap and use a makeup remover soft non harsh towel warmed up not too much and press gently on the eyes for about ten seconds then rub gently at a medium pace and hopefully this helps! Had eczema my whole life! Try aquafor or Vaseline for a quick relief to flare ups and also at night because when you wash your face in the morning it’ll have more moisture and not dry out!

For the eczema- use thyme spray. You can just use it as a refresher spray or just in the am and pm and will help with redness, itching, and dryness

From experience, If you're going to wear makeup with eczema, I'd suggest taking your makeup off with an oil or oil cleanser (no fragrance) & apply Polysporin to the effected area when your face is clean.
