I have a doubt, while importing packages ie., what is the difference between "import numpy as np" and "from numpy import *". Is these two are same or different?

In Python 3.10 with pip version 21.3.1 and numpy version 1.22.0 whenever I import numpy and I follow steps whichever you showed in this video it show error (i.e. array function is not defined, linspace too and all others). Please help me what to do?
