The best part of these are that each track you hear is at minimum 3 tracks layered on one another, and are more than likely 4.
ОтветитьBlows my mind!!
ОтветитьY’all need to watch the show they played after cliff died, they were angry and pissed off, and played faster
ОтветитьJames is a beast . I've neen to 4 Metallica concerts from the 80s 90s, 00s am finally in 18. They never fail. Always awesome
ОтветитьThe chugging on disposable heros still gives me nightmares 😂 hoe does one strum, sing, walk around the stage and headbang while doing that. James isnt MORTAL
ОтветитьOne of the most influential. Period.
ОтветитьY'all realize that even with ProTools, the whole concept of just using the audio editor to double a track is not even remotely real? The point of double tracking is adding depth through layering. All you're doing when you double the track by copy paste is making it louder. You're not adding depth, you're making it muddy and loud.
ОтветитьJames is insanely underrated as a guitarist. He might be better than Kirk and I'm dead serious. Kirk is good at pentatonic wah pedal solos, but James' rhythm playing is insane.
ОтветитьI can only dream of being able to pick like this 😭😫🤘🏻
ОтветитьNow I got it when James said that he plays the drums on a guitar 🤯
ОтветитьI think if any mortal tried playing like this, their wrists would break
Ответитьi bet the half of those riffs were composed by Cliff
ОтветитьAnd he was drunk the whole time
ОтветитьMy favourite riffmeister of all time
ОтветитьHe's what got me to play start playing guitar, very much an emo/post-hardcore kind of teenager but it was James' playing that made me want to be able to play like that but then it was Kurt Cobain that showed me i don't need to be anywhere near as skillful as James to be able to write good songs.
ОтветитьEven old enemy Dave Mustaine considers Hetfield the best rythm guitar player. After himself, of course.
ОтветитьFxxxing Dyers Eve
ОтветитьGreatest rhythm guitarist ever, period.
ОтветитьBest percussionist in the band
Ответитьbark in the end summarized it all.
ОтветитьSounds like something someone who dosnt play guitar whould say
ОтветитьIs it true that he recorded 4 guitars at half bpm and they sped it up hence why it sounds literally perfect and why most of their old stuff is in E sharp due to the tracks being sped up but later on they found out how to speed up without affecting the pitch ? There was only a few tracks on Kill Em All that had sloppy rhythm parts where you could hear him messing up on one of the guitars but they kept it
ОтветитьJames is a rhythm virtuoso
ОтветитьLet him cook
Ответить99.8%? More like 100%!
Ответитьtry not to headbang challenge..
ОтветитьBoring
ОтветитьYep and then they came out with that goddamn Black album.....😢
ОтветитьSorry but as far as I know, he's not it's the lead guitarist who played those parts too on the records cuz Hetfield just couldn't play it...
ОтветитьDisposable Heroes riff….with bass….fkn ridiculous.
ОтветитьThe fact that he can play this flawlessly and still not be able to read music is amazing.
ОтветитьSilly but true-oo-ew
ОтветитьIt only takes to be a modern Metallica fan to be a total ignorant in music playing 😅, thats STUDIO not live ...Studio can make You sing better and play fast ..Hetfield is playing well while Hammett is doing nothing ....Reign is even faster with more precision than this
ОтветитьWords could never adequately describe just how talented and beautiful James is - you can truly tell that this is what he was put into this universe to do, nothing more, nothing less! 💕💗❤️🔥🫶🤟🤘
ОтветитьI mean, if you look at what the kids are able to do these days with a guitar, it's not really that impressive let's be honest. But suppose for it's time it was pretty good.
ОтветитьImagine doing this while piss drunk, thrash metal lord 🤘🏻
Ответитьsad to see him collaborate with miley cyrus nowadays huh ??
ОтветитьI feel like Dino Cazares heard the Disposable Heroes one and decided that's what he wanted to sound like.
ОтветитьI saw them live in ‘92 during the A Night w Metallica tour and its still the best gig I ever saw - over 2h straight and they were so tight. Incredible musicianship.
ОтветитьIDC what anyone says, the first 4 Metallica albums were ridiculous. There are a lot of great metal bands out there but hard for any band to hold a candle against the first 4.
Ответитьhetfield is probably the most underrated guitarist of all time for this reason.
ОтветитьWhats the intro riff
ОтветитьBooze and cocaine lol
ОтветитьThat 0.2% miss is to hid the fact that he is a cyborg
ОтветитьThe transition from blackend to one is good ah
ОтветитьJames Hetfield and Malcom Young. The 2 GOATs of hard rock rhythm guitar 💎💎
ОтветитьMOP would've turn platinum with his guitar-track alone.
Ответитьfather.
Ответитьhe’s so talented
