Idk the sauce in the video but have a nice sauce that goes w/e'thing including this cauliflower!
1/4 C olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 C pitted olives ( your fav) chopped
1/3 C roasted chopped almonds,
1 TBLS rough chopped parsley leaves
1/2 C thinly sliced roasted red pepper
I love this sauce/marinade/dipping sauce/
For anything, rice, meat, any vegies, chicken, outdoor bbq'd meat or corn, it's good on e'thing! I'm going to use it on this cauliflower although the cauliflower has dif seasonings, it's called layering flavors & I'm sure that it's going to be awesome! I make this recipe double & you can use dif nuts, really as versatile as you want it, I don't like olives so I don't put those in my sauce but chop some for others to add to their dish. ENJOY 🩷

Das ganze ohne kochen, aus den Gewürzen mit öl eine Marinade machen, den Blumenkohl gut Marineren, das ganze auf einen Backblech bei 180° ca.25 Min. backen.( Paprika, Salz , Pfeffer, Bärlauch, Olivenöl, die Marinade, herstellen. ) Und die Scheiben in ca: 2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden!! Fiel Spass damit!!
