Its been 6 months but still listening to this banger!

Idk if i commented before, but i'll do it anyway.
This song contains a LOT of parts from other songs in the game, such as the Wild West leitmotif, the Hopes and Dreams leitmotif and possibly also a few specific instruments which were used in other songs. I like to think that the reason for this is because she is thinking about everybody during the fight. About Martlet, Star, Axis and all the other monsters from the Underground. She wants to gain Clover's soul so that she can free them all, while also "finishing her husband's legacy". Ceroba almost has the amount of determination she would melt at, i swear. Since when Chujin died, she kept trying to save everyone. First by injecting Kanako with the substance, then by trying to do this again but with Clover's soul and then by initiating a whole fight with three(or four) phases.
Man, this is an insane story. I love this game (even though it's not original, it has a ton of potential)

Me playing this fight first time i had to use easy mode but now... 0 deaths

honestly the hopes and dreams motifs kinda confuse me here?? like they seem mad outta place cuz like og hopes and dreams is in the context of saving monster kind and in this situation its playing while a griving mother is now tripling down on her plans to kill a child

How was this part of the fight somehow less BS than the first part?

okay guys let's just be honest and say that ceroba's a horrible parental figure
first of all: basically killing her own child because of an untested experiment just because the child volunteered for it
second, she just stood by and made clover go through all the steam himself literally without helping or any regard for his safety, plus she barely helps him throughout steamworks at all either lol

….. why did it take me so long to put this on? It’s beautiful, like girl, I’ll just give you my soul, and, I’ll bring you to your child, I’ll do anything, anything to make this grieving mother smile….

Not me being sad that when I finally get to play undertale yellow a lot of the plot has been spoiled for me. On the other hand, I get to hear some bangers, and I also get to see clips of this amazing game. Fair trade off in my book.

Man I was so pissed when I saw ceroba pull out the phase 2

I had forgotten I could dash until like the end of phase two 💀 after that it was a lot easier

I like how this theme has elements of the gerudo desert from LOZ ocarina of time. Considering how the desert is the most explored area in this game, it checks out.

Idk but at the start of the ost, it reminds me by jojo bizarre adventure theme

Going into this boss fight, I was invested. The creators of this game put together a wonderfully compelling tale of loss and sadness, and it couldn't be better.

Then I was stuck on this part until 5 AM and lost all sympathy.

This fight was maybe similar to Asgore's and Asriel's, but it was amazing.

5 hours and a half in, we transcended to Touhou




Jokes aside, I killed Ceroba on my first playtrough. I was so enraged by what she did (Plus her boss fight which was hard af) that i just pressed the fight button with no hesitation. Never regretted killing a game character that much until now.

i like how in ceroba's wiki page in the neutral area it calls her, cannabis, cheerio, cadaver, and charles 💀

I've been traumatized by r34 ceroba

The production team crafted the finale of the Pacifist route perfectly, the last phase was very emotional.
