Just awesome!

Recently I realized I was being tense and bitter, so I decided to meditate on gentleness, and soaking it in zealously, and I prayed to God before I started, to give me a spirit of gentleness. I was laying in bed as I meditated, and I guess it was about an hour or longer when something unexpected happened: I felt a blue light of spiritual energy burst in my left leg and spread through my body. It felt amazing and I knew it was good so I was not afraid. Almost immediately then my legs began flinching, so I figured that was two demons manifesting. Just to be safe I casted them out in Jesus' name although I did not see the demons, my spiritual eyes are not always working. I was so happy about my experience I told my family but they thought it was boring. I don't know why, I'm sure if it happened to them they'd go crazy lol

How often should one meditate on the Word of God? Every day, every hour and every minute.

I've found my answer. Thank you. I've been asking myself; how can one meditate as a Christian?

The very word of life. Before I encountered your teachings, my love for God had a tremendous lack of certainty because I had been brought up to think that my blessings are predicated on my good actions.
God has used you to open my understanding about His unchanging and unapologetic love for me. Now I'm confident in the Lord's unconditional love for me and I can finally pray with the assurance that I'm forgiven always.
