How do you handle delayed shipping. What if the customer wants to cancel the order because shipping was delayed.

I have a question about contacting suppliers… every time I go to a suppliers or brand’s website the only option I see is to contact customer support or contact about a purchased item. Do I just contact that same email and I say basically “Hello I’m a owner of a online business and I’d be interested in selling your brand could you give me a email that I could reach someone higher up to discuss that opportunity?” Because I’m not sure how to get a direct email to a brand

When you put out ads for a generic produtct like a table what keywords do you target?

Hey, I’m also from Canada. Great information, thanks for posting. I have a question:

When you researching products to sell(before contacting brand), how do you know the shipping cost on particular item (coffee table for example)? Do you do free or paid shipping in Canada? Because we want to do the math to see what is the potential profit margin will be.

When I’m calculating shipping cost on larger item it’s just not working. Shipping in Canada is sooo expensive!

I am somewhat stuck between two products and I'm not sure which to choose or launch, they each have their own strengths and weaknesses, what is usually the deciding factor for you?
