im so glad there isnt a stupid app u have to use. my myolift qt, which im not sure has made any difference,requires an app and it is a pain in the butt

u can spray the conductive gel with home made saltwater and then u don't have to use more and more gel

I think the tan is throwing you off cus I can not see any difference. With the mask you tried at least there was some small improvement. On the plus side at least your skin is getting really moisturised which is good with all the sun you are getting. I live in Sweden so the jealousy is real. 😅😭😭

I don’t really see a difference. A tiny bit but only that. I think it’s more of the vibrations stimulating blood circulation than the so-called light therapy.

I do see a difference and if you’re using that and you feel a difference in your face, I think you should keep doing it because sometimes something like this just rev your skin up and makes you look vibrant Also something like this is not gonna be magic in two weeks. I would keep doing it for the summer. What have you got to lose?

If it create heat that not good and lost of fat not good either you don't want to lose fat from the face I wouldnt use this
