I did Freeletics about year ago with the same scheme of exercises. And I see this video with the thought: “I have been doing it, so that will be easy”. I was wrong! Such a long pause in training effects on your abilities.

ОтветитьI'd say - solid workout with manly exercises, BUT, there is one big BUT - Dude, your routine during these 20min is soo messed up! No 1-2 warmups, no build up of tension, no culmination in 2/3 of the workout, no finishing part. It's like it's being made by a 12 year-old with no basic sports knowledge, seriously! :) Just on and off, on and off... Thumbs up for the effort, this is a friendly advice.
