We are celebrating our kings birthday on 27 april.

The underwear picture was probably from the Pride Parade...the "How to survive" channel is fun, however if you really want to learn about the Netherlands, it might not be the best channel to go to.

Dumb thing to say" 17 mill half drunk dutch people". That's the whole population incuding kids. It's a festive day and everybody celbrates in their own way.

The video, though true, does exagerate the hectics 😅

No no, Kings day is King's day and Carnaval is Carnaval!
The Dutch do celebrate Carnival in the south, we say beneath the rivers, because as you know it's a Catholic feast and historically the Roman Catholics live in the south of Netherland, but they also celebrated it in Belgium and Germany! ✌🏼

You can swim in the canals for sure. Just don't dive in to deep because you might get torn open by a bike laying on the bottom...
