There might be some difference between 2x identical s24 ultra models as well I guess.
Low light improvement with sensor upgrade is not noticable.
There are some differences though, s24 supports 4k 120fps for example, and 8k 30fps as it has more power. Titanium frame could less overheat (yet to be proved).
s23 has 10x zoom while s24 has 5x instead, but this is to give more seamless zooming experience from 1x to 9.9x which is good I think, as the 10x-100x is more like fun than practical use.
Of course its not worth the upgrade from s23 unless you cannot do anything with the money. :P
Iphone 15 pro still has better camera it seems in some aspects, but all these differences are barely noticable.
But, eg. from s21 ultra, this has better clarity. (though even that is slightly)

I liked the S23 Ultra better. Generative AI which Samsung is so much bragging about, is just a small portion of what they are offering. And those software features are going to come to the 23U eventually. I guess its all about whether you need it or want the new shiny thing.

i believe the camera setup on s24 ultra is worse. 10x optical zoom was the best idea ever. they should have changed the 3x with 50mp and 10x should have stayed the same...stupid

If you're honest, the image quality is identical on both. The only new thing on the s24 ultra is the 50MP 5x zoom, instead of the 10mp 10x zoom. Video quality is also the same.

I don't care who has the best camera. Every flagship smartphone takes super pictures and video's. 97% of all smartphone users don't even see the differences.
I'm a SMARTPHONE user so I want the best of : usablility and productivity options, gaming- and multi-media experience, personalization options and innovation.
I want DEX, KNOX, S-PEN, multi-tasking, multi-window, integration with windows, the biggest eco-system (Samsung SmartThings), fast charging, fast wireless charging, screen and I want AI.
On all these aspects the S24 Ultra is destroying the iphone 15 PM big time. So why keep people buying these antiquted very very limited iphones????
