ОтветитьThis ia great before or after lower body and legs exercises. As a man we are not as naturally flexible in the legs and hips especially as I am 6"3" so stretching helps me in many ways. I enjoy following as many of your videos as possible.

ОтветитьSo, I've got a knot in my lower back above my right glute and I also intend on learning martial arts which means I need to learn how to kick and I have almost no flexibility. Will doing this routine twice a day five days a week along with working out five days a week help me with those two problems?

Ответить10 mins in I was annoyed and disliked the video. Then I told my self it’s not fair that I disliked this video. I didn’t even finish it. Now that I finished it I realized I was the problem. I’m so tight and it hurt lol.

My knees don't fall down as far as yours do on the butterfly position but I do feel the difference after this stretch!
ОтветитьIt is definitely the hip flexing that needs the most work on but I keep on with the stretching!

ОтветитьThere are some poses that I will never be able to do; the pigeon pose. I cannot get my legs to stay in the 90 degree position. I keep trying though.
