This Chimp is a natural performer. He appears on stage with the legendary Johnny Carson with millions of viewers watching, yet is totally comfortable in front of the camera.

I miss Johnny. Always gentle with animals, and respectful to his guests. Loved him and no better host for a show.
This is not a 'Pygmy Chimpanzee'. They are not part of the Chimpanzee species. This is like calling a Chimpanzee - a Pygmy Gorilla! This is the Bonobo primate, more slender and less heavy that the Chimpanzee. One notable difference is that the Bonobo Apes are very gentle and sexually oriented, whereas Chimpanzees are very aggressive. Unfortunately, humans descended from Chimpanzees, carrying the aggressive genes. If only we had descended from the Bonobos, there would be no wars, no climate change, no aggression in our species. Our motto would be - Make Love Not War.

Actually I share the Chimp’s blood type. I had a girlfriend that had a similar profile.

"It looks like he ran right into a door." LOL! My grandfather, God bless him, used to say something similar about the lovably flat faces of bulldogs. "They look like they chase parked cars."

How much apes we can see?

Im seeing this in the year 2022. Are these pygmy chimps now extinct or have we been able to save them to be re-introduced back into the wild? The Congo is a vicious place. I pray we have saved them. Little did society know that by dressing this little one like a human only encourages the world to want them as pets. With only 25 of them left in the wild at that time, Im afraid to find out that the Pygmy Chimp may be gone forever or only found in zoo's. Are these actually Bonobos or another actual ape/primate species? Im Teary-eyed😢
