ОтветитьI'm Soo glad I came back to Growjo work outs. I tried something harder but like jo keeps preaching it was unsustainable to me and I ended up stopping because of the extreme soreness. With Gro I kept at it for a month .. got a bit too confident and jumped to something harder... Here I am again

ОтветитьI started this workout and some similar ones from this channel and other channels on and off for the past couple years. I’m 5’2 and was around 103kg last year. I’m down to 71kg now. I’m commenting bc I want to hold myself accountable and hit my goal weight so I will update in a month or so! We got this y’all, keep pushing!

day one:
— the burn is absolutely intense 😭 my arms were more sore than my legs but i managed to complete the workout despite the burn — which is good
day two:
— i tried to do the workout but only managed to get through 15mins of it, my body was sore from work and training but i shall complete it tomorrow ‼️
day three:
— i tried to complete the workout but only managed to go towards the last 10 mins of the workout, it hits different doing this at night but i shall finish this workout tomorrow, i swear 😭‼️
day four:
— still hard but my body is slowly getting used to the workout :) managed to finish the entire workout with minimal breaks, electrolytes really be pushing my body ‼️🙇🏻♀️
2nd time doing this workout, can only do half at a time because i cant breathe. But i hope it pays off if i keep doing it. Thank you Jo!
